French team visit schools on Wednesday
On Wednesday, the French youth visited Effingham County High School in Springfield, north of Rincon. They met students who studied French and other students, and invited them to the youth rally tonight. The French students were excited to see lockers at the school like they have seen on TV. On the way back to Rincon, they had the opportunity to see a large cotton field which they found very interesting.

The French adults, Pastor Thierry, Thomas and Genevieve Duleu, went with an American college student to Savannah and visited his French class at Armstrong Atlantic State University, and they visited the Baptist college student lunch.
Great visit at South Effingham High School
The youth group from Colombes, France spent today at South Effingham High School. Each French person was matched with an American who is studying French, and they followed the American student all day through their regular classes.
They made many friends, and invited them to the youth rally this Wednesday night at First Baptist Church of Rincon. The French students were amazed at the open spaces and sports facilities, and the Americans were amazed at the French students and their amazement.
Rachel, one of the girls from France, was visiting a class and the teacher asked her to share what she does as a Christian. Rachel said that she made a commitment to be sexually pure until marriage. She said if she dated a boy, she would eat with him and joke with him, but she would not have sex until marriage, because she loves Jesus and wants to obey the Bible. The teacher said to the class, “Very good! You see, students, you can make this same choice if you wish.” Then the teacher continued teaching his class.
